Sunday 22nd April 2012- a visit to Aenon Health Farm at Jalan Batu Belang-Keru, Tampin, Negri Sembilan


Operating from its new, purpose built premises in a beautiful scenic and mountainous remote area of Tampin, Aenon Health Farm offers help and advice for lifestyle changes. Our visit will provide an insight into its facilities and principles.

The programme of events is -

10:30am 


Cooking Class during which you may learn the basic principles of nutrition and cooling and by using, the simplest vegetarian ingredients, prepare a healthy and delicious meal. 

11:30am  

Health Lecture, which will provide informative, practical and up-to-date tips for adopting a healthy lifestyle 

1:00pm 

Lunch will be vegetarian, healthy and interesting meal to suit all tastes. 

After lunch, for those who wish, there will be a tour around the modern facilities.

The Health Lecture and Lunch will cost an ‘all in’ RM25 per person, and the Cooking Class, which is optional, will be an additional RM25 per person for those who wish to learn.

Meet at Aenon Health Farm at 10:00am if you have enrolled for the Cooking Class, otherwise at 11:00am ready for the Health Lecture. Bring cameras and binoculars to observe and record your visit.
