An Open Talk on Recycling and Future Waste Management in Melaka. 

We are pleased to announce that

 will speak at this event. 

Join as for this informative occasion, where you can learn about the facilities in Melaka for the disposal on your unwanted items and even pose some of your concerns to the person at the heart of making Melaka a cleaner and better place in which to live, work and play.

Bring your family and friends along, as this event is not restricted to MNS members.

The talk will be in English.

Venue: Chan Organic Centre, No 13 Jalan Melaka Raya 14, Melaka Raya behind the RHB Bank in Melaka Raya.

Talk will last about one hour, followed by a questions & answers session.

4D/3N Trip to Taman Negara                       19 - 22 November 2011


Meet at 7.30am at Ayer Keroh Toll. Car-pool and drive in to Kg. Kuala Tahan in Taman Negara.

First timers to Taman Negara are highly encouraged to take the 3 hrs boat trip from Kuala Tembeling. And it will be a good idea to stay the night before in Jerantut to avoid rushing as the boat leaves at 9am. The next one leaves at 2pm.

Participants are encouraged to car-pool among themselves. Please contact the coordinator if transport is required. Car owners may contact the coordinator if there are vacant seats in their vehicles. Transportation cost will be shared.

Arrive for lunch on 19 November and leave on 22 November 2011 after breakfast. 

Accommodation at Tembeling Riverview Chalet & Restaurant (no star rating)

Activities include trekking, swimming, boat rides and bird watching.
Participants are however free to indulge in their own activities should they see fit.
